Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

We offer free shipping at times based upon a certain dollar threshold o the contiguous U.S. (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). We attempt to ship orders out within 3 - 5 business days from when the order was placed for in-stock items. Items that are custom-made or on-demand may take longer to ship. Preorder items will ship as soon as they are available in our warehouse.

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge and will ship out the following business day as long as the order is placed by 11:59 PM CST.

At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. 

Cancellation Policy:

After you’ve made a purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel your order as long as the order has not already been shipped out. After that, additional fees will apply.
