Shipping & Returns
Shipping
For a limited time we are offering free shipping on all orders in the contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping to other U.S. regions vary. All orders are shipped via DHL, UPS or USPS.
We currently do not offer shipping out side of the United States. If you're interested in international shipping please contact us.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, or unworn, with all hardware, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@northlights.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. We reserve the right to inspect all returns before issuing a refund. Refunds may not be processed if a product is damaged, altered, previously installed, or modified. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return.

Cancellations
After you've made your purchase you have until 11:59 PM CST on the day of your order to cancel your order as long as it has not already been shipped out. We are unable to cancel orders that are in the process of being shipped out or have a tracking number.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-returnable Items
We are unable to return or warranty items due to negligence, abuse, unauthorized repair, or seal tampering. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different size or beam pattern please contact us. We may be able to send out your exchange once the original one has been returned.
In the event that an item is out of stock, we'll provide store credit for the amount that you paid for the item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return within 7-10 business days, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Promotions
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers. Promotion codes must be entered at the time of checkout. Promotions are not valid on previous purchases and expire on the date and time advertised. Free shipping promotions is only valid based upon the dollar threshold and for contiguous U.S. shipping addresses. Sale priced items are excluded from promotions.
